It's Time to Work on Your ADHD.

Don't put it off any longer.

Did you know?  There are different forms or types of adult ADHD/ADD.  There are types of ADHD in which symptoms of spaciness, poor memory, difficulty maintaining concentration, are prominent.  There are also types of ADHD in which distractibility (squirrel!), hyperactivity and impulsivity are prominent.  Here at the Adult ADHD Counseling Center of Sacramento, all forms of ADHD are treated, as well as common symptoms that oftentimes accompany ADHD, such as depression, trauma, and anxiety.

Tired of feeling like you are running in place?

Living with Adult ADHD can be tough.  Sometimes it may feel like no matter how hard you try, you just can't get it together.  You may be able to get your life on track in short bursts, but then fall of the track just as easily when life throws you a curve-ball, as it tends to do.

Relationships Suffering Because of your ADHD?

Living with people who have ADHD can be tough.  We are often impulsive, disorganized, distracted people who are having enough difficulty keeping our lives together, and unfortunately our relationships can suffer as a result.  We work with couples whose issues have an underlying ADHD component.

Need to be more organized?

It is well known that adults struggling with ADHD have great difficulty staying organized, and this often interferes with almost every aspect of their lives.  At the Adult ADHD Counseling Center, we look at and treat all the symptoms related to ADHD, which include not only issues with organization/disorganization, but also issues with motivation, willpower, impulse control, time management, focus and concentration, mindfulness and more.
